Aurélie Boutier is the Cardinal of the Riester Empire and religious partner to Her Majesty the Empress Frédérique Riester.
In the original storyline of the romance-fantasy novel I Quit My Job and Ended Up as a Noble Young Lady in Another World, Aurélie Boutier—called Madam Au by readers of QNW—was an extremely important character that Jung Eunseo frequently mentioned while talking about the novel to her brother. She was incredibly close to the Imperial Family and also played the role of the matchmaker between the original MC and the male lead.[2]

Aurélie Boutier is a 160 cm middle aged woman with beige colored eyes and magenta hair tied into a side ponytail that flows over her shoulder.[2]
She wears a gold-rimmed monocle over her left eye, and her usual outfit mainly consists of her cardinal's outfit, though she doesn't usually wear the bishop's mitre.[3]
