Frédérique Riester is the Empress of the Riester Empire, and mother to Imperial Prince Cédric Riester.
Her husband and political partner was the late Imperial Prince Consort Alexandre Riester, and her religious partner is Cardinal Aurélie Boutier.

Frédérique Riester is a 172 cm tall woman with silver short hair that she had cut for being annoying, and cherry-colored eyes that brim with charisma, and often sharpen depending on her mood.[1]
Her usual outfit consists of a uniform, paired with boots that she could wear without worry. She doesn't like wearing stuffy outfits, so she frequently loosens her necktie and cufflinks outside of formal occasions.[2]
