The Riester Empire is ruled by the Riester Imperial Family, with Frédérique Riester as the current Empress and the late Alexandre Riester as her Prince Consort.
The empire is situated on the Western part of the Continent of the Rising Moon, as opposed to the Venetiaan Holy Kingdom, which is located in the East.[2]
In Chapter 30, Jung Yeseo curiously remarks that: "Francs were the currency of France. I thought that the French patch was only for the names of people in the Empire, but the author must have simply made everything, including the currency, French. It made me wonder if the Venetiaan Holy Kingdom used euros."[3]
